Bought a dog kennel, found it had been open before loading in the car the girl assured no parts will be missing, not true.nMoral of the story if you ever find a open box and product worth $300 and above best ask for a fresh sealed box. Needless to say i will Returning first thing tomorrow.
Terrible click and collect service. Staff member points to a trolley completely loaded up with zero offers of assistance or even coming over to the trolley itself. I never normally write negative refused but I’ve never seen a staff member so I’m willing to do anything.
Terrible dog grooming experience! I took my puppy here early this week based on positive reviews, but the result was disastrous. They completely shaved off his coat and did a poor job overall. My usually cheerful puppy looked traumatized when I picked him up. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a call when he was ready, so after waiting over four hours, I had to check in myself. The service was awful, with staff seemingly taking the easy way out and leaving my pet looking terrible. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.
Friendly staff with very good grooming skills. The store is spacious and DIY dog wash area is warm and clean. Definitely our favorite place to go to for all sorts of pup grooming needs.
