PetO is Australian owned and run by locals since opening over 7 years ago. We support many local animal charities and believe in “think adoption first”, therefore do not sell live animals. We all bring our dogs to work and we’d love it if you brought your furry friends to help you shop!

Don’t look anywhere further, just go straight to Peto Brookvale if you have an animal of any kind. They have the biggest and the most exuberant high quality range of not only products bones toys but food and 100% natural raw frozen organic food. They also have highest level affordable Puppy Training and the biggest selection of dog leads and harnesses you could imagine and quality dog beds. But the most important thing is the first class service I received from the staff they know their products well each individual has their own special expertise in different areas. See Mark / Gareth / Brooke / Chloe/ and Taylah they will provide the highest level of support and service, don’t bother going anywhere else this is the one stop shop for pet supplies and food - Andrew Penman ALLAMBIE Hts
I went in for cat food and kitty litter and asked for advice for my very fussy cat. Mark was very friendly and helpful and also gave me a couple of free samples for my cat to try. I've never received any free samples from other places. It was a great pleasure to buy from Pet O Thank you so much.
Very knowledgable staff and extremely helpful. Always stock available, huge selection of products and great price matches to other stores. Shout out to Suzi who served me this week, she was very helpful, polite and smiley. Highly recommend!!

Greg at the Brookvale store's service was exceptional. Not only did he help me the first time, but when I returned to the store he asked after my sick dog. Very impressive.
I love shopping at PetO Brookvale as I can always find exactly what I need quickly. There is a great range of products and the staff are always helpful and friendly.
Has mostly dog and cat products. But includes a wide range of products for any pets from rabbits to parrots.
Large range, helpful and friendly staff, price matches other stores. They have a good benefit scheme and we always seem to be getting $10 off here and there. Easy parking. I see a lot of people use the dog wash station which looks good!
PetO Brookvale is now my go to for all things pets. Staff have been so helpful with advice on feeding and caring for my puppy and cat. They take the time to listen and suggest options for fussy eaters, pet issues or just pet talk. Love the variety of foods and accessories. The store is so well stocked and clean, plenty of parking. The customer service is outstanding. Well done team.
