Waste of time. Didn't have the stock advertised online. Was told they hadn't for awhile. Probably should take it down then. The lady is very unpleasant. Enjoyed my day so much more as soon as I left. I don't generally recommend people not go to stores even if I am leaving a negative review but this time I will make an exception. Do not go here you will regret it.
Had a terrible experience last night at that place: walked in at 8:35pm, when they're meant to close at 9, only to find that the girl in the shop had just mopped the floor and was upset that someone had dared to walk in! She was very rude, first talking to me as if I was stupid for not noticing the wet floor sign then puffing and sighing loudly to show how annoyed she was to the point that I asked her if they were still opened until 9 to which she responded yes and rolled her eyes to show again how annoyed she was. Needless to say I felt very uncomfortable and they have just lost a local client. Out of the 4 times I've been to that shop, only once did I come across two nice ladies and other times they had staff who barely the products. We had taken the membership and could have become faithful local clients but will never buy there again!
The woman who works there short, blonde, many earings is the biggest know-it-all who actually suffers from Dunning Kruger syndrome - over confident, under qualified and provides incorrect information. She is also extremely rude and tries to be intimidating. Give the store a miss till she's fired.
I HATE this place. I bought 3 rats from here and the environment they were living in was disgusting and revolting. The first rat I bought died after living for 1 and a half years and they normally live for 2-6 years I then got a albino rat and while I was picking her out there were about 20 rats crammed into one very small box. That was filled with urine and feces. Most of them had respiratory infections even though they were babies. My rat that I got turned out to be blind so without hesitation I went back and got another only to discover that after less than a week the pore thing passed away. The manager said she was the most healthy rat and gave her to me free of charge. This place is horrible if your looking to buy a small animal the caging sizes are horrible and the baby rats are poorly looked after.
Good knowledgeable staff and friendly as well. Actually listened for what i wanted and pointed out the pros and cons of all without trying to sell the most expensive gear possible , which has happened more than once . Not mentioning any names , but......... you know who you are.
I purchased a budgie off them and now it has beak and feather disease!!! Had no contact with any birds except for obviously when I bought it....so thank you have I have to put down my lil bird worst experience ever. Ps i will be getting a refund off you!
This place is pretty good the pet shop I go to most the pros are they have great animals that USUALLY live long and don't die to quick the quickest my budgie died from there was about 3-4 months and they have lovely staff a bit intimidating though cons are they have animals in small spaces quit crammed in and medium prices 100-500 overall I like this place and would go back hope you find this feed back helpful
All of the low ratings are outdated and they've improved drastically! Amazing shop and they've shown so much care for my cats!
My regular go-to place to get crickets for my bearded dragon. The staff is always very helpful.
Good products and staff who are happy to help accept for the older lady with short hair been coming here with the kids to look at the fish
