Petbarn Kogarah

Been here for years, even before they relocated to the current place. But my recent experience with them was awful. I qualified for a refund because their website double charged me, and I passed over my card and they charged me again. So I got one product, but paid three times for it. The manager was adamant that I was refunded, but my card statements clearly states otherwise. Luckily I was easily able to get my credit card company to reverse the charges.

Last time i will shop here. I knew they were more expensive and while it is my fault fur not checking further, the price difference on a $50 product being sold elsewhere and petbarns price of $79 is pathetic You've lost a customer for life with this sort of price gouging

Friendly staff. Good offer for all sort od pets Attractive incentives for customers. Customer parking. Free treats for your pets.

Great places for pets and their owners! Lots of advice and knowledge from the staff and a good selection. More costly than some of the other pet places, but invaluable for the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Lots of parking alongside the big yellow building and make sure to grab yourself a loyalty card while you are there.
