I bought two new toys on sale at 2 for $20.00. One lasted 30 minute's the green hairy monkey and the stuffing went every where immediately. The toucan lasted two days and this time I will sew it up myself as the Manager was a bit hesitant about letting me return it the second time if I needed to. So far the new one is OK.
Customer service was particularly good. Store met online prices. Cashier lady assisted with finding if dog food cans were in trays at the back. Unfortunately not but provided a box for cans to be taken off shelves. She needed assistance from her manager due to tech issues but all was resolved with ease. Great work petbarn. Always take my GR here for nail clip and tidy, they do an excellent job. Very professional.
I attended pet barn on Friday and being a new first time puppy Mum I want to look after my little girl the best way possible. I had way too many questions to ask because of mixed advice and the lovely girl working that day was super helpful. She went out of her way to spend the time with me, answer all my question and offer some helpful advice. I don’t know her name but she had dark hair and owns a black cocker spaniel. She is the reason I’d be returning to the store as she understood I wanted the right thing for my pup when she had a tough few weeks adapting after a new home and coming out in hives from mosquitos and then being stung by a bee.
Brought my dog in yesterday to a cancellation appointment only to have my long hair dog completely shaved as they claimed the hair was to matted. Incorrect, have had her groomed before and it takes time and effort hence the name grooming is what you get paid to do! If I wanted to have her shaved I would have done it at home. Not only were the staff under qualified clearly, but also their admin was horrific. Would never ever take my dog here again absolutely disgusting and livid from these so called ‘groomers’.
Amazing customer service , very helpful. It was our first time shopping for a puppy and all the girls made us feel really comfortable. They were all very knowledgeable too, a big thank you to Adrijana I believe her name is for all her help !
Staff here are usually friendly. Their products were relatively easy to find and when I was struggling to locate a specific item, the staff were more than happy to help. Decent prices generally and will price match too
Great customer service in store, has everything you need, be sure to check online prices before you go in as they are often much cheaper on the pet barn website, also become a member to ensure you get the best prices. - staff are fantastic and obviously pet lovers.
Parking not easy but OK. Good variety of dog food and accessories. Good members reward programme. Self service dog wash and Vet on site.
Loved the service and attention to detail of grooming my Cavoodle. This will be the only place I will take my pet next time.
Love coming to take my mini poodle Soda here. The girls always do a great job and Soda walks out of there looking fabulous. Thank you very much.
