Very rude abrupt lady, I went there today with my 84 year old mother to see what dogs they had as we are looking for a dog for my mum, I put my hand over to pat the puppies she very rudely told me don’t touch the dogs in a very abrupt rude mannerif I seen a dog suitable for mum I definitely wouldn’t have brought it from her.

Jerry takes care of every one of his pets and he clearly loves each and every one of them! I just bought such an amazing cockatiel there and he us such a healthy cared for bird!!! Thanks Jerry for the amazing after service and accessories you provide and also the safe haven you provide for these animals despite the crazy costs involved to keep such a family orientated place running!! You the man and you deserve local support!!

Mandi did a average job on my 2 Toy poodles I had to redo abdomen an face so not happy she didn't seem confident for pom pom legs..tail..shaved skin flint look..ears. anal glands done ok..65 each is reasonable but wo nt be back..blow dry was lovely.

Got a pug cross cavoodle here on the 3rd of August in 2018 the most happiest, friendly dog ever. The ‘rumours’ of pick a pet neglecting the animals are false. My dog parents where their own dogs the shop lady cried when she said bye to my puppy they are amazing shop owners and pet keepers.

Honestly I have never shopped here but have browsed and the shop looks nice the animals are kept in cages big enough that they will be ok maybe a little more room will help

Well Jerry the owner is very helpful in knowing his pits & pieces I shop around & found Jerry to have the parts I needed in the Fishtank line he also does other pets but I'm into fish & he is local for me to get to he is right near kirrawee rail station so public is good if u don't drive OK . I wanted a part for Fishtank I rang around & no other pet store had in in stock but Jerry did so that's why I write this review on his store he can order it or find out where to get it so take a look ask him or his assistant . Great little friendly own shop .

Stupid reviews down rating this place. While I don't believe in buying pets from most pet stores, Jerry, the owner, actually is pretty good Our Rabbits, purchased from here, were tame because the owner takes the time to handle them. Our bunnies have been disease free not always the case when buying from pet stores. If you want top quality bunnies, buy from a breeder but you will pay hundreds for one My personal preference is to buy from the RSPCA because they will neuter the animals and will provide a health certificate and there are so many abandoned animals that the RSPCA should be the first place to purchase However, those negative comments made were what prompted me to respond because they are wrong, stupid, and misinformed. One idiot didn't even leave a comment, the other fool said the animals are left outside in the sun. They are outside, in a cage, which has shelter and has a shop front covering it. If it gets hot, Jerry brings them inside! I guess that idiot just walked past and didn't stick around or bother to ask what happens when it gets hot? Nah, too easy to blab online with a BS comment! Buy your pets from the RSPCA first is my belief it from a breeder you want top quality are prepared to pay a lot but if you want to buy from a pet store then this place is fine to buy from and Jerry handles and looks after the animals personally. Ignore the stupid baseless comments

If you guys are so worried about the so called cruelty of animals. Then adopt a animal give it some love so the animal will forget about the so called bad treatment that this business is being accused of. Out of all the times i or my friends have been there not once have seen any result of animal cruelty. The animals seem safe and healthy to me.

Provides so much joy to kids and the elderly that pass by. Please don't pay any attention to people who defame this shop they don't know how much joy this shop brings to people especially kids!!! And this shop creates jobs and pays taxes. How many jobs you defamers create!!!
