An amazing pet supply store with a wide variety of products and friendly staff. I wish I could give a more detailed review, but since online shopping is so convenient, I rarely visit the location unless there are last-minute things needed. Although one thing that I haven't seen that was cool is the edible dog cards!
I knew there was a reason I went to Pet-O rather than Pet barn! I called ahead to see if we our rescue dog and I could come in to try on a harness that I'd seen online and the staff were fantastic, both on the phone and in-person! the staff helped us try on the size that was in stock, but it was a bit small, so they called the Annandale store that had it in stock, so we went there and again had excellent service including a few treats for our little man. I'm a bit new to being a full time dog carer, sure Ive walked plenty of dogs, but not how to fit a harness on a rescue dog - I'm so grateful for the extra time that both stores had for us! Thanks all ! Oscar loves his new harness, walking is so much better now!
One of the best pet shops around - forget the shelf marked prices, get to the register and join up for incredible discounts. Eg last time there, last week, my 64$ cat food cost me 48$ - member + a 10% discount on top....helpful staff, no pet snobbery, easy parking or walking. 6 stars all the way. Thank you for being there!
The staff working were absolutely delightful and so helpful. They were willing to have a chat about their experiences with specific products and give advice on what might help my partner's dog. Recommend.
My fave place to go for my dogs. We buy from here regularly and we use the dog wash weekly. $11 for both small dogs. Plenty of time to get both done at the same time. Friendly staff and friendly atmosphere.
As a cat owner [2] I'm kind of sad I can't bring them along to visit, like the dogs get to do...but that'd be IMPOSSIBLE, as any cat owner knows ; . No matter, the staff are so pro-all animals there's always lots of friendly chitchat, and they are interested in any silly pet story you have to share...and they have plenty of their own. Prices competitive too!
PetO are one of the few places that deliver the fresh Prime 100 rolls to my area same day delivery usually within an hour of ordering online via Uber delivery and are cheaper than other places. very happy with their service.
The staff were super helpful with us, we were trying to find several items for a dog & a cat and they were very accommodating with helping us find what we were looking for, especially considering the store was quite busy.
Really friendly service, dog friendly pet store! Love the discounts on offer and also the membership rewards system they have!
