Happy with staff service, but sadly, I purchased items in bulk, only to return home to find they had a short use by date, I normally check but dates but was in a hurry! I called the store in hope of exchanging them to a longer use by date but they were unable to assist or offer a solution. Lesson learnt! Always Check the Use By Date!

Great place for pet needs and fantastic dog bath available to public! Makes washing your dog much easier,very convenient method by spraying soap,rinse water,flea treatment,blow dry all from one machine.

My go to Petbarn. Staff are always helpful and click and collect are usually pretty quick and have never missed a thing. There is a huge car park so parking is never a issue. Inside the shop they have a self-serve dog bath machine which is very useful. The counters do get busy sometimes.

The only detracting factor was the counter was left unattended for a long time, no matter how hard we rang the bell.

When staff feel like opening it’s a negative vibe. My cats kittens love advance dry food that’s why a 3 star!
