Had a great experience here yesterday. Went in to buy a gold fish and the staff member I dealt with was knowledgeable and super helpful. They suggested a gold fish starter pack which included a tank, stones and ornaments. They carefully explained how to set up the tank and gave me printed instructions on caring for the fish. They asked my child which fish he wanted to select and involved him in the buying process. All in all I was very happy with the help and recommendations I got.
Not sure about the negativity in the reviews from some people. This is my take. We have a history of rescue cats. We wanted a British short hair this time. We happened across our amazing girl in this store by complete fluke. We were literally leaving as she was being taken back to her display cabinet! Honestly you just know when the connection is there between you and a animal and this cat is the most perfect addition to our home. Neither me or my wife can imagine life without her. The staff were amazing. The process is comprehensive, as it should be. Complete notes and care details provided, absolutely nothing left to chance. Yes they are higher priced then a breeder. In saying that, you ; 1/ get to met your cat first 2/ avoid what I call “breeder mentality” truly some of these people have god complex syndrome 3/ have guarantees built in 4/ breeder prices and supply are getting ridic I would recommend this store as a place to check out if you know what you are looking for. I always say - never buy an animal unless you feel that connection. It’s not a commodity. We feel truly blessed we did :
As new dog owners we were daunted by the process. Sales assistant Izzy has been phenomenal. Her exceptional knowledge, genuine care and willingness to help made a feel not only cared for and reassured but more positive and less anxious. I will continue to shop at Pet Town and would recommend Pet Town especially Izzy to new and existing dog owners looking for honest and tailored advice with sound product knowledge.
so many adorable little dogs and cats!! i wish i could take them all home!! this place is clean and organised, get easy to work your way around the store. nice staff, and reasonable prices.
What a rip off business, I've purchased a dog bowl Fuzzyard brand for $36.99 and just find out the actual RRP $29.95 from the company itself, and $25 at petcircle and all other retailers. And also shocked how this business aloud to sell dogs and cats displayed in small containers, shocking poor animals. Please don't support this business specialy buying dogs and cats ! Never ever again.
as a tourist from ireland, where puppies are not sold in shops, i was shocked and horrified to see multiple puppies squished into small boxes. this is not an ethical way of breeding and selling animals. they all seemed very sad and withdrawn
I purchased a caramel male cavoodle from pet town in 2016 and was so happy with their service and how professional and friendly they were, that when the time came in 2018, I went back and purchased another female caramel cavoodle! We had the same amazing experience and they even allowed us to bring Bailey our first dog into the store to see which one he bonded with the best. I could not recommend pet town enough!! They clearly love and care for each and every puppy that enters the shop, and make sure that they find a great home. Maisy and Bailey are perfectly healthy and have never had any issues whatsoever! Both have been deemed 'fine specimens of the breed' by our vet! 5 stars for this amazing and trustworthy place.
Please do not support this place! It was a horrible experience to see those puppies squiched in small glass boxes and on bare floor. Instead of spending their days in a loving environment they lay around the whole day inside of a shopping center. If you truly love puppies do not go there!
Absolutely horrendous. The state of the fish tanks left me feeling sick. This is not a pet shop you want to shop at, for the fact is they simply don't care about the well-being of their animals. The betta fishes were kept in tiny minuscule containers, with murky water and disgusting algae clumps on the side. One was on its side, clearly dying, and the store staff didn't seem to give a damn. Most of them clearly have fin rot. Do not shop here. Appalling.
It was very nice and the staff are very friendly, i go there often to get treats for my dog and the puppies are very cute
