A great place to adopt a cat or a dog with so many different items. If you want to come into a store to buy something for your pet, get a pet or watch adorable puppies and kittens, this is the right place for you to go to! With different breeds or dogs and super cute cats this is a great place to adopt one of them. They have a lot of items as well however they're sometimes quite expensive. Otherwise this is a great pet store!
I had high expectations going into Room4Pets due to all the great reviews, and they certainly did not disappoint! Rachel was so friendly, patient and helpful, and once we'd chosen our pup, she spent 2 hours explaining everything we needed to know until we were absolutely confident we could give him the best life ever. Our shmoodle puppy is the most gorgeous boy in the world and has settled in so quickly. I cannot recommend this place and its staff enough!
Highly recommend Room 4 Pets. The team are very approachable and took the time to answer our questions on the pets available to adopt. They provided us with lots of information on the breeders they work with and talked us through the attributes of the dog breeds we were interested in, which really help guide our final decision. Rachel and Leo were fabulous in taking lots of time to provide instruction on how to bring our puppy Zoe home and useful tips on how to best adjust her to her new environment and family. The end to end experience was outstanding.

We have two beautiful rescue cats and a puppy from Room4Pets. The service from the team is exceptional. They care deeply about their animals and this is evident from first visit to taking your new pet home. Every detail is explained, along with a care pack, and first vet check up included. Their advice to me on everything puppy related has been invaluable and generous. Could not recommend more highly. Thank you so much Nemeshia, Pam and Leo for making the experience so positive.
We got our sweet little rescue boy Stevie 3 months ago from Room 4 Pets and he is our absolute best friend and has changed our lives for the better. He is such a funny, loving and crazy boy and we knew from the second we saw him in the store that he had to be ours. Room 4 Pets were amazing at helping us adopt Stevie, they provided so much information and support throughout the process and they still keep in touch now to check how Stevie is getting on. I couldn’t recommend them enough and the care for all their animals is just incredible. Thank you for giving us our fur baby, we hope others find their perfect forever homes just like Stevie has
We got our dog from this shop, he is well mannered and calm but still excited by nature. I will always be thankful for room 4 pets, especially Pamela, the amazing worker who brought him to us. She explained everything in-depth to us, as we have not owed a dog for a while, but he has been a perfect part of our family from day 1.
Amazing store! Love the work they do for the Rescue Pets! They have homed nearly 1400 rescues so far! Wow!
This is my third dog but first from Room 4 pets. This is by far the best experience I’ve had buying a dog. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. Very pleased with veterinary care and 4 weeks complimentary insurance. You guys are great!!!!
My partner and I were provided excellent customer service from Pamela. She went above and beyond for us, and all response were prompt and professional with clarity. Thank you, Pamela!!! You're a legend and credit to the team. If there was 10+ stars, it would be that and more. We will definitely be back.
