A fantastic place to go and buy things for your pet or adopt a new cat or a fish! The staff are very helpful and tell you exactly why you needed help with. With various products it a great place to go to! However, there aren't that many car parks so if you're going on a busy day you may have to find another place to park. Otherwise, this is a great pet store!
The team at Bondi Junction are always so welcoming, accomodating and helpful - they always truely go above and beyond to help get what we need.
Always happy with the products & range at Petbarn. Prices can sometimes be beaten if you shop around, BUT - the service can NOT be beaten!! The staff are always happy to & competent at helping me with any queries. The staff have a passion for their work & obviously fellow pet lovers!! Strongly recommend Petbarn.
Big store and very easy to access. Small parking lot beside the store. The staff love and know a lot about pet care and animals. The staff member named Ryan is particularly knowledgeable and caring. My poodle has epilepsy and can't have chicken or egg products and Ryan supports me with my purchases. The store is open fairly long hours so its great that I can go early or late when the store is quiet and parking lot is nearly empty. Highly recommend.
Staff are always friendly and really helpful! My dogs favourite place to shop! And they price match!
Great Service. Mable and I came in for a bigger harness. Sarah from BJ PetBarn looked after us. She was awesome. Knowledgeable about the products gave good insights. Even adjust the harness to fit in store. Could not be happier with the experience. Thanks Sarah

uneducated staff with lots of smiles and no knowledge and discriminartory pricing designed to force you to purchase multiples items wether you need them on not.....misled me in pricing with the clippers by $60...rip off dont trust the smiley staff
