I ordered a bag of dental chew online and puppy doesn’t interest at all so I called the customer service to see if they have any taste policy to return or swap it, the customer service who is very friendly and helpful provides the policy and suggests me to take the product to any local stores to do return and refund. But the girl in store refused to do anything and claimed I opened the bag already….. I’m pretty confused the logic behind her answer, if I don’t open the bag how could I know my dog doesn’t like it and drive all the way down here??? Plus, the treats comes with 7 piece and still have 6 left. I just don’t appreciate the taste policy change all the time…
I realised 5 min before the store shuts that I ran out of dog food. My pups are on a special diet and I can only feed them this one particular food. I called up the store to see if they could leave some out for me if I paid over the phone. Jesse was willing to stay back a little so I can pick up from store! Incredible customer service and I am grateful beyond words! Thank you Jesse for restoring my faith in humanity!
Grooming appointment made and confirmed twice - 10 minutes late arrival was told Cannot do your dog you are late - the groomer was still working on a dog had headphones on and had locked the door - The appointment is 1-4:30pm and it does not take 3.5hours to groom! Then I was told she had called someone on the cancellation list to take my place - Couldn't call me and check first but could call someone else. Lost a good customer, will never return to the store again and have told all my other friends with pets
Friendly service. Fresh selection of crickets. Always good to see dog around the shop. The fish section is worth a look. Vet and grooming services are located under the same roof. Plenty of on-site carpark.
