Long essay sorry! But, I can’t say enough how wonderful the Petbarn grooming salon is. I’ve been to a good handful of groomers around Sydney and far and away these guys are amazing and the best so far. They are really professional and thorough with listening to exactly what you want sadly some places have not. They write everything down on your pets chart as well as on a board so nothing is missed or misunderstood. The professionalism and extremely warm customer service is also so appreciated. I feel extremely at ease when I leave my beautiful boy there and genuinely feel like he will be loved and looked after. All of these qualities seem to be dwindling these days with the perfect place for services etc hard to find. Thank you for looking after Paddington! Our family love his groom.
These people are the best.nGroomed our dogs and they all came home happy.nThen the huge store is right there.
Probably some of the best customer service I’ve experienced.nI didn’t catch the name of the lady who helped us today but she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. We originally thought we’d be better off buying everything online, but visiting the shop turned out to be much more helpful and we learned a lot!nThere were also plenty of great offers and free puppy bags for new customers. I’d definitely recommend anyone buying a puppy pack to go to the store in person to get expert advice and all the freebies.
My 3 dogs look amazing. Really lovely girls and very flexible with me running a bit late. Was quite stressed and they were so nice. I have done Gromming with pat barn many times and will continue coming back. Thank you so much for a wonderful job.
Kudos and thank you to the wonderful Store Manager, Jesse, for your outstanding customer service! I was on the hunt for a very specific cat toothbrush, so Jesse stepped in to help - he diligently checked store stock and online stock but unfortunately it was sold out. When he saw that I was stocking up on short dated cat food, he went out of his way to show me other varieties and flavours of short-dated food, optimising the stock inventory for the store whilst providing great value for a very happy customer. When he saw my hands were full, he boxed up my items, provided some samples of dry cat food, and gave my cat an affectionate pat.
