During a heavy storm, just two hours before closing, we rushed into the shop trying to get through a pretty massive shopping list. It didn’t take long before we felt completely overwhelmed. That’s when we met Andre, a very cool shop assistant.nnAndre was super friendly and easy to talk to. He stayed calm, attentive and genuinely fun! the whole time, never once looking tired of our endless questions. He actually took our list and worked through it with us item by item, which made everything feel so much more manageable.nnHe clearly knows his stuff and gave really practical advice along the way. What we appreciated most was that he didn’t try to upsell us. Instead, he encouraged us to think about whether we really needed certain things, which was refreshing.nnAndre made a stressful shopping trip way easier and more enjoyable. Absolute legend, and a real credit to the Anaconda team.
Wow! What an incredible customer experience from Doug at Anaconda Chatswood.nAfter doing extensive research on an Ooni pizza oven and accessories, I called the store and Doug immediately got to work. He not only helped put the order together but also made sure my membership discounts were applied, giving us the best possible value.nnWhen we arrived, Doug had already gathered everything and placed it in a cart ready for us, which made the whole process seamless. His product knowledge was exceptional, and he went above and beyond by sharing helpful tips on getting the best results from our homemade pizzas.nnWe absolutely love our Ooni pizza oven, and Doug played a huge part in making it such a special gift for my husband. Outstanding service, genuine care, and attention to detail—Doug is a real asset to Anaconda. Highly recommend seeking him out if you’re shopping at Chatswood
Best place to shop for your hiking, camping, traveling & winter-clothing. Check online for specials then click & collect. Visit the store to touch & feel & wear their winter jackets with discounted prices. Staff members are helping at Chatswood store. Anaconda store at Chatswood is located between Woolworths & Bunnings buildings. Anaconda has its own basement parking on the right side of its building. We even bought bicycles here. So easy to shop & look for most suitable items for our adventures with very good prices.
I had an excellent experience at Anaconda Chatswood. Huge thanks to Doug for the great service, and especially to Steph, who helped me with many questions and showed an impressive level of knowledge about fishing and outstanding customer service skills.nnShe was extremely patient, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping customers. It’s not easy to find staff that are both highly knowledgeable and approachable nowadays.nnBecause of this experience, I’ll probably start coming to the Chatswood store instead of Warringah from now on. Highly recommended!
We purchased the Spinifex Deluxe folding bed a couple of months ago but did not use it until recently. After sleeping on it for 3 days, a fault developed in the canvas, creating an uncomfortable crease at one end of the bed.nWe returned the bed to Anaconda for an assessment and the store manager arranged for a replacement without any hassle. The process was handled professionally and efficiently, making it a great customer experience.
