I had a flawless experience with my online purchase and the staff at the Chatswood store. The Customer Care team were also exceptionally helpful. It was a positive experience!

The only reason this store gets 3 stars instead of 1 is because the product that they sell is reasonably priced.nThe staff member, Tommy, is rude and makes it very clear that he does not like his job.nIn terms of the store itself, racks are messy. Some areas are totally overstocked whilst other areas are totally empty.

Dropped in over the weekend. Came in, got what I wanted, paid and went about my day. Smooth like butter experience. The store was well staffed and merchandised. Thank you

There should be more fitting rooms. The clothing section does have all sizes n abit messy. The rest of areas are good n neat

Staff were really nice and helpful. Easy click-n-collect and checkout service
