Apple Chatswood never disappointed me and customer satisfaction. I had a problem with my laptop that decided to shut down and stop working back In 2020 yes they did charge me a lot but it was worth it that I’m able to take home my laptop that is working again but they couldn’t figure out what was the problem so I didn’t bothered and it was no problem having to go back and second I have problems with my Apple Watch a the guy suggested to get a new one but the other guy took over and told me it could be a software problem so I had to have 2 appointment to see him because the store was pack and I understood that I came back twice for the appointment and he seem to fix it the whole software I was really impressed but was happy how everything went!

Nice and spacious showroom with each and every section well displayed and decorated. Each section has varied options and staffs at the entrance and quite fast and competent so there isn’t much crowd. Sometimes the store manager works himself in the front gate if it gets crowded so that’s wonderful. Apart from that, I feel it’s a good showroom with nice and friendly staff. Well lit and the usual Apple store

Shannon was an absolute legend going above and beyond. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with an approved Apple Repairer elsewhere and lead me to have to make a trip to the Chatswood store.nnShannon was very accomodating and went above and beyond to resolve my issue and heard me out on my experience and was more than willing to assist and make sure that my bad experience ended with him.nnI would absolutely recommend the staff at Apple Chatswood as the customer service Was awesome and ability to make good of the situation I was faced with

What a nightmare to deal withnSome of the technician and Apple Genius doesn't even know how their system works and keep changing their answer on the fly and unable to actually give assurance or definitive answer.nSpoke to someone that seems to be customer service or floor manager in front, Sarah but she was not sympathetic nor informative. Very rude and dismissive attitudenThere were some good staff that I've dealt with in the past but today was a total nightmare from the start.nBeware if you see Sarah and pray you don't get dismissed as she cant be bothered

I took my Mum up to the Apple Store to buy a new iPhone. We were met by Ryan who was amazing - he has a unique ability to explain information in a concise way. Mum, who’s not totally across apple products, understood all the technical explanations Ryan provided because he was so clear and slow in his explanation. We were then supported by Beau who was kind, patient and super clear as well. It was, by far, my best experience at an Apple Store. Thank you Ryan and Beau.
