Great quality towels thank goodness.  Horrendously slow customer service. Genuinely confused how some people retain retail positions.  Shouldn't take that long to process an order or take a payment. No thanks, I won't just go for a walk around the centre and come back...  Still stuffed up name of customer after correcting twice.. "Mr" wife's name.. ordering online next time ‍
