Sales staff on womens floor acted very suspicious about products in store. They wouldn't go into detail about what they know on the product. And tried to quickly escape if the topic was NOT about selling. There were clothes left on the floor or just plopped on top of shelves. The menswear department was just as bad. Maybe worse. No service until I was literally the only person in the whole room... The menswear manager didn't really know about what exactly is in the latest collection. Don't even get me started on the homewares department. I also was the only one there in the entire area and the sales lady just flat out pretends to not see me.

Extremely rude staff at Country Road in Chatswood Chase. Went in to buy a handbag and every time I tried to get one of the staffs attention they would just stand there or ignore me. Ended up leaving the store and purchasing a handbag from somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I had a disappointing experience at the Chatwood Chase store today, encountering both non-attentive and rude staff. At first it was impossible to get some help from the staff even though there were quite a few of them in the store, they were all walking around looking busy. When I made my way to the Cashier it was unattended and after waiting for quite sometime no less than 10 people were waiting to pay and 2 queues were formed. Eventually one staff came and started attending one queue, while signally us, the 3 people in the other queque, to join in front of this queue, since we were there before the people in this queue. As soon as we did that another staff came to the register that we just left and started to call out to people behind us. I tried to tell this staff that me and the lady in front and behind me should be next because we were told to move to the front of the queue but shockingly it was met with rudeness, she said 'well this is the queue and you are not in it', when I tried to tell her why we were not there she completely ignored me and started serving the customer who newly arrived at the Cashier. Being a mum shopping with a small baby I do not expect special treatment, nor does it hurt me to let someone go before me but the rudeness from this staff member is just unbelievable! I left the stack of baby cloth I wanted to buy and left the store, don't think im in any rush to return there...

Terrible customer service - please do yourself a favour and go to the one in Westfield Chatswood instead.

Rude staff who seem to make up policies on the spot (not on their invoices or website).
