Best customer service!!!! The girl who helped us i think her name was Maddie was extremely kind and helpful. Purchased the ribbed shelf tanks - really good quality. Must visit if you’re in the area.
Beautiful french patterns! Lovely shop, very helpful staffs- there is one brunette in particular that pulls me in with her beautiful smile, great customer service and product knowledge. I have been going there for many years and love all my night wear from Papinelle Cotton and silk range... My grand daughter loves their print too.. Good for all age groups!
My favourite store in Chase! The staffs are very friendly and their patterns are beautiful. I live close by and love going in when Prebti is working, she has tremendous amount of product knowledge, is always cheerful and happy to serve. In the past, she has helped me find items from different stores even if its on sale, priced matched with David Jones and always helps me choose the right colour for my skin tone. I love all my Papinelle pjs but my favourite one is Papinelle Silk! So smooth and soft <3 5 star for customer service and another 5 for their beautiful patterns. All ladies in my family has at least a pair from them. They offer great packaging and are great for gifts too!
There was a large “up to 50% off” sign at the front. You walk into the store and the stock that’s “discounted” is on a small rack in the corner. There was about 5 different styles on the rack. Not 1 item was marked down by 50% or anywhere near . A pair of shorts was marked down from $34.99 to $32.99 - the other items are similarly priced.
