One or two staff members are horrible but the rest are nice. The Jewry is terrible quality and the clothes are good just expensive.

Horrific experience, the staff members are joke. I had seen on multiple occasions staff pressuring customers into buying their products, following them around the shop. When i had an issue with a return, both the manager and assisting manager were simply rude, very unprofessional, and trying to be a smart. Would never go back, steer clear of the place.

Customer service and management is pathetic. If i could give a negative star i would. Simply awful, stay away.
