I called the Shop in Chatswood Chase Shopping Center at 11:35 on the 26th of April (I didn't get the employee's name so this can help to know who was working at that time) to ask some information before buying ties for my client's event. The guy even before listening to me said " I don't need you, stop calling me" and he hung up the phone. I believe he thought I was trying to sell something to him but still, he even didn't let me speak. Really poor service and really unpleasant person!!! I suggest him to opt for a job far from costumers contact because of his rudeness. I definitely won't buy the ties anymore from him.
