I have found one of the worst Kmart employees so far. She was checking Instagram on her phone while working. When I asked her a question, she said I should wait there! Then she walked into the office very angrily. I took a picture of her. My good mood for the day was ruined by her! It must be painful for others to work with her.

Picked up my click and collect order 2 paper notepads and they put them in a thick plastic satchel… WHY? So wasteful!
Inexpensive place for basic things assorted house things, beddings, kitchen or bathroom items, certain simple clothing items, etc.nNot many staff members to assist given the huge size of the store.nEncountered an issue of payment having been debited for a click and collect order online but without the system sending me an order confirmation number. The click and collect counter staff advised the issue needs to be resolved with their online team which is separate and advised me to use the online chatbot or email them, however each method asked for an order number which I never got. Ended up buying the same item in-store, and hope to avoid another click and collect issue in future.
Quite a big store. Items are considered low priced in Sydney. Variety of merchandise such as clothing, footwear, bags, household items, toys etc..Like a one stop shop.nRefund was processed easily. Self check out counters. Cards such as YouTrip card is accepted
