Just bought a Skinny Margarita mixer, which was on a table, directly behind a big "30% off" sign. I was charged full amount, the cashier explained that the sign says it's for the Sangria mixer. Unfortunately where it says "Sangria mixer" is in small print at the bottom of the sign. Clearly this product and sign positioning is designed to trick customers. Seems rather unethical, I'm considering reporting it to Fair Trade.

Very bad experience in Chatswood store yesterday. Staff did not know which items are reduced, if they had them in stock and they were not helpful at all. Even after the purchase, they were quite rude and unfriendly.Very unfortunate, because the store has high quality items and you would expect a better treatment that this!

Walking into the store is always a pleasant experience. There is a large variety of items on sale and the staff are very friendly.
