Dreadful experience. Ran two weeks late. No communication. When they finally showed up they ripped up all the carpet and left it on the front verandah. Didn't remove it. Then I was informed they couldn't actually do a wood floor. Part of the original floor was cement. They inspected it beforehand and said they could remove install a new floor section in that part to match the other. When the person who came to do the jackhammering looked at it he said it couldn't be ground back. So after all that SE timber said I should get carpet. I wouldn't have ripped the old carpet up in that case. No project management - was bounced around between different people even thought the quote included project management services and every time I called them and was put on hold for ages I got to hear their advertising about how they manage everything from start to finish. Stuff it up from start to finish more like.

Worst service, been there twice for a quote, and they don't bother to get back. they sent Ivan to look at the job.. who was extremely rude from the moment he walked in.. his body language said it all - he could not be bothered. Milan was the only friendly and helpful person there that we spoke too.
