A rice cooker bought there used for less then 20 times and the hardware was broken. The lid couldn't be closed hence the rice cooker could not used. Later I travelled long way to this shop to buy the accessaries and plan to fix the rice cooker by myself. When I back home and found that the little spring of the rice cooker is gone too. Next day I travelled long way to Chatswood to get that tiny little spring. There were two guys were sitting next to tables inside the shop. I asked politely that my rice cooker was broken and need the tiny little spring. One guy shouted to me loudly and angrily while he was still sitting down on his chair, " Did you come here two days ago?!!" They did not try to understand the problem of their fragile products was why I went there back again. I said yes I did. I asked if he was the guy I talked to. I thought if he was that guy he should know what accessaries needed while the connection of the lid to the rice cooker were completely broken. Another guy stood up and got a plastic stripe for me. I said I already got it two days ago. I repeat again I just need the little tiny spring to put into the connection between the rice cooker and the lid. That guy with a rude attitude and took a spring and questioned me "is it that?" After me, there was another lady came to the shop and had the same issue. I heard she said the rice cooker was broken and need to get back the unbroken accessaries. Those all about just a plastic stripe and spring stuffs. I wonder why a shop selling bad products and still talked to the consumers who paid alot but did not get the worth products. Look, their rice cookers are expensive. Who would buy any electrical appliance that you used for two weeks and broken. I did not mention their very low quality of rice cooker while I went back to the shop. I did not take the broken rice cooker and ask them for maintenance. I just needed to buy the new accessaries to repair the broken rice cooker BY MYSELF. That i spent two days to travel long way to their shop. I felt so frightened while the staff shouted to me. I regretted to consume the rice cooker in that shop. The frustration and being treated with rude manner were the worst experience I had in Australia in more then a decade.
