Crystal, Jeremy and Hugo did a good job at turning around a situation to make it a positive customer experience. They were very attentive and solutions focused. I felt they had my best interest in mind and that didn’t waiver throughout my experience with them. These are the type of people you want in your business If you want sustainable customers.

Hugo helped me to spool 4 fishing reels today along with fixing my wind knot on one of my reels all this for free. Unbelievable, top notch service. Manager should consider a pay rise for this bloke

We bought a Weber Family BBQ and had some trouble shooting issues! Called Jasper at BCF Chatswood who went above and beyond to explain the gas connections to us and went so far as to check which connection we had over the phone. Thanks Jasper what a legend and BCF Chatswood

Watch out for BCF scams with their SMS promotions which they don't honor. Oh and they don't let you delete your account. When did they create a website that doesn't have that capability? Call customer service to delete? Guessing they are in breach of code for that
