Got my poodle puppy groomed here and very happy with service. Groomer was very gentle with his first groom. Store is well kept and staff are all very friendly.

Worst customer service experience. Rude when processing a refund because the wrong type was bought. Pushy in selling a specific brand, rude telling a customer how to treat their dog and rude again when processing the transaction. Also told off a child for bouncing a small ball literally once. Was a loyal customer, a few in the family, including grooming services. Will never shop here again. Feel like driving back up there and telling this to her face. Didn't want my son to have to see it so I grit my teeth and left quietly. Appalling.
