If I could give them 0 I would. This store and its owners, support puppy farms and illegal breeding do not support this store in anyway. When asked if I could speak to the breeder they denied my request and told me I could have a photo of the parents. Also the puppies were under 8 weeks old, which is illegal in NSW. They do not take proper care of the puppies including other animals such as pets given to them by Collaroy Vets, to be resold for 10x the money. Do not support this shop.

We puppy sit for these guys alot  My son absolutely loves it, as we can't have a full time dog. Problem is you get too attached!!

Great friendly staff who are knowledgeable and very helpful. We buy all our fish supplies there and love chatting with the friendly staff. They always have beautiful looking healthy dogs for sale. Always a delightful experience shopping in this store

Witnessed staff mishandling puppies yesterday during feeding, this place just supports farm breeding, no care

For a smaller store they have a wonderful range of bird and small animal toys and foods. Staff are super lovely, very helpful, and knowledgeable on products. Plus my bunny is absolutely obsessed with the oaten hay they sell and won't eat any other hay now so I guess I will be returning forever despite living nowhere nearby.

I like wondering in here, there is always a lot of new things and a good variety too. I have always been greeted by friendly staff that are more than happy to help.

Sadly I am really disappointed with the services at my local pet store. My partner and I were really looking forward to purchasing a new addition to our family and had made it very clear we were ready to invest in this dog  which I have also been told is highly overpriced being $4,000 every other store locally is priced between $2,500-$3,500 with ALL three injections and even a free vet check within 10 days Although this store only offers 2 injections and is selling the same breed for $4000. The manager is not willing to negotiate either which makes them look very money hungry.. sadly. They send their puppies to new homes every night for baby sitting at 8-9 weeks with only two of their injections done ...I am wanting to puppy sit the dog I am considering buying and sadly they are booking it in with other families when I have asked to look after him as I don’t want the little puppy having problems or being mis-treated when I am just about to spend $4,000 on him. I had to wait a few days until my lease agreement had been approved and luckily it has. But unfortunately for that beautiful puppy I will be choosing some where else to invest my money. Very disappointing : Perhaps I suggest to the staff to communicate with better understanding to the customers & go above a & beyond for the customer instead of a plain -“ no I can’t make it happen...” a phone call would have been greatly appreciated to check in with me prior to just booking him in with some one else especially when I have taken the afternoon off work to make time to collect him. It’s very sad for the puppy as he would have had a very loving home.  Sadly, I will not be recommending the Warriwood Pet Store again.  The service at the Bondi room4pets has been absolutely amazing and they have gone above and beyond, they also don’t allow puppy sitting and include all the vaccinations. Try that shop :

We bought our Chocolate Labraodor from here. She is the most amazing beautiful dog. We've met her brother and the dogs have had play dates. They have good dog breeders and therefore sell very good dogs. I would recommend this pet shop to anyonre wanting to buy a puppy.
