I’d give it a 5 stars simply because this is one of the few pet shops that actually does rescue animals , and the little rabbit they had under their care was well looked after. Had a hidie, water bowl with clean water not a stupid bottle, he had a nice green hay and pellet bowl and his place was clean Well done guys!
Left the store today feeling stressed and anxious. My cat is suffering with matted fur and I was prepared to purchase clippers to fix the problem. I told the staff member and was directed towards a number of products. I left not buying any. Why? Products offered were inferior and no refund on used products if not fit for its purpose....maybe a lesson in consumer law is needed... very disappointing stressful experience. And I'm not emailing you about it further thankyou. If a product can’t be used for its normal purpose, or another purpose the consumer told the seller about before they bought it, and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time...they are entitled to a refund by Australian law regardless of your policies.
Went to get sinking fish pellets for my fish - the shop is stocked well, staff are polite, the store is clean. It's also the first shop inside from the rooftop carpark, so easy to get to. They have heaps of fish and some guinea pigs. I didn't see any birds, cats or dogs
Excellent store with always great service every time I go in. I went instore recently to seek some advice about a cat I was adopting and ensuring I was set up well with all the supplies I needed before bringing her home. The patience and help from the staff in answering all my questions and helping me find the right items was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
Came here not long ago to have a browse, ended up buying some porridge for my chicken and she loved it! Their prices aren't too bad and they have a decent range of supplies, especially for chickens which surprised me! Will come back again!
Staff are helpful. Not too many different brands and options for petite dogs though, but we love their doggy name tag maker.

Sarah went above and beyond to help me- I wasn't able to lift the 10kg pet litter because of my backache. She helped me get a trolley, loaded it for me and insisted on helping me take the trolley all the way to my car. She then helped in unloading it without me even asking. Truly excellent customer service, thank you Sarah
I buy 2 boxes of the Big Dog every few weeks. Always in stock. The people there are very friendly staff. 5 stars.
Literally one star to the girl who wear pink shirt and shirt hair , your attitude is horrible, I know my credit gonna expired the end of this month , I bough advance cat food and ask you if I have any credit to use, you said yeah but instead telling me I can use credit on advance, you tell me I have 9 dollars credit for other brand , I ask you what about advance? You said yeah can get 5 dollars off . Hello ? You doing that on purpose? Or you just not good at your job . I said ok , I pass that, u said ok just letting me know it’s gonna expire the end of the month . And I ask you what’s the brand I can use for 9 dollars credit? U showed me in a very inpatient way, I was like ok . Not today . “ so it’s gonna expire the end of the month “well I said I ‘ll pass that , why did you keep repeat ur self ?
