Staff are always polite and pleasant. Their bed collections specifically at Pet Barn North Parramatta are really good and well organised. Love window shopping there when not buying stuff.

Great place and product availability always. Courteous and friendly staff. Planty parking available at premises.nnThe timings on Google are not accurate. Suggest management to update it for convenience to all.

Great value for money. Very professional, friendly and caring staff. Loved the way she interacted with my dog when he was nervous and scared. And she did an excellent job with the grooming. Would definitely come back again and recommend it to friends.

I take my fur Baby to the green Cross vet at the back of Pet Barn .on the way through pet barn I usually buy her a treat   and buy a box of Nosh .friendly helpful staff .I am a petbarn member and always  am happy to get a discount

Had a really bad experience at Petbarn North Parramatta for the first time.  For a Manager in Training JESS was extremely rude and power tripping to her staff and customers ! I have been coming to this store for few years now and I always had a good smooth friendly experience until Today ! Please train your new staff to give a better customer journey
