Amazing customer service. Matt doesn't just work there, its clear that he is passionate about what he does. The way he shared his knowledge was infectious and made me want to learn more about fish and aquariums.

Tell Matt to work on his manners on the phone Jesus Christ! Could not believe the tone. Was simply asking for some 16/22mm hose and he spoke to me like I was a criminal. I understand they get busy and I've always been a great and friendly customer but still couldn't believe the way I was spoken to. 1st there's no excuse busy or not to be as rude as matt was 2nd I used to live in the area frequently have you as my LFS and enjoyed coming in. Sharon? Shannon, The female employee is fantastic and Anthony is a great person as well but at no point should anyone be talked to in a way Matt did. and has my partner passing through, you're not my LFS anymore 3rd, I didn't call several times, I called twice. Because the first time I was hung up on before I even got to ask about getting it cut to length. Big whoop. 4th. I've been a customer many times at your store. Don't blame me for the 1 star, blame Matt.

The discus for sale in the shop were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Best shop in Nsw for discus fish. The staf have a wealth of knowledge and are always happy to help.
