Called up about pet supplies, had to ask if I was even on the phone to the right place because they don’t talk when they answer the phone then I ask do you sell this item “no” then hangs up the phone before I get a chance to talk, zero customer service super rude and I’ll just go to a proper pet store to spend my money

Second to none with great quality product's for all your furry, feathered and scaled pet's. Hard working family owned and operated business who go above and beyond to help meet your needs. An amazing range of products, knowledge and experience and would highly recommend this business to everyone.

Helpfull, knowledgeable, wide range of stock to suit all pets and found it to be reasable price. I also spent time trying on different types and sizes of dog harnesses which was not a problem and the customer service was excellent.

Amazing shop . Good variety of supplies for all kinds of pets and the aquarium section is very large. Owners donate food and supplies to rescue groups. Support the wonderful local family run business

Contacted the store to advise them of an issue not requesting refund or anything like that purely an FYI so it doesnt happen to other customers straight away they had a go at me and were very unprofessional.  Tried to follow up later that night with a message on facebook. Again received a defensive and rude reply that didnt address anything, then they blocked me from posting a review and sending messages.

Great service and advice and most friendly. Terrific range of products and fish and birds. Great job guys. I totally recommend.

Friendly and helpful when I called on closing time. The nibbles and treats that were recommended are a favourite with our little dog. We are caravanning around and I wish I had stocked up. Thank you for the free samples.

Such awesome people can't do enough for you when in shop there knowledge on all products totally up to date  It's a pleasure to shop there they actually care about our pets always up for a chat love there service
