For a retailer I was actually quite surprised the prices where really normal compared with a farm supplies shop. Not the the usual pet store money grab. Nice.

Visited while I was on holiday as I needed tick treatments for my dog. The staff here are very generous and really care about dogs and their customers.

Go there all the time, and the people are always so helpfull, especially Sarah always goes above and beyond to help where needed
This 5 star is dedicated to a specific team member, Sarah. She was incredibly helpful today. I went in with crutches and needed to purchase a 10kg bag of dog food, and a few other bits. Sarah did everything she could to make my shopping trip easier. And, one of the best parts, is she didn't ask me what was wrong, or "what happend?" As someone with a disability, it gets really annoying having to explain yourself every time you speak to someone new. Sarah, thank you for all your help today!
Really bad customer service on Sat 12th Feb Happy to spend my money elsewhere. Younger retail assistant extremely rude. They are more interested in yapping with each other at the counter. Shop was empty . How dare we come in and spoil there quiet time!!! Hate to be the owner paying their wages. Went to Radley's in Kanwal. Friendly and immediate service.
Came looking for a kitty litter tray. The old balding guy working there was obtuse from the very first interaction, and then decided to double down on his bs when I commented that they had limited range only 1 type. Pet Barn opposite Bunnings had 20 different styles to choose from.
Most of the staff are nice but their is one tall blonde lady who thinks she’s the gods gift to birds and completely rude and snobbish. I will never shop here ever again and will advice anyone to go anywhere else but here. I would seriously look into your staff and their customer service skills. It will cost you business.
