Was a bit alarmed that you continue to promote IVORY COAT dog and cat good when it has been linked to liver kidney and digestive problems, diarrhoea vomiting and death since it changed recipe. Sadly most pet stores are the same. I strongly advise never using this supposedly premium product. Other than that Friendly helpful staff with great range and good specials.
Most staff are friendly but the unusual business strategy of showing cheaper discount pricing online and then charging you full price when you arrive in store - you only get the discount price if you specifically say you have seen it cheaper online?.. Getting the refund was met with a sour attitude from customer service. Same problem with the customer in front of me.

They have a great product range, for all your animal need's. The staff are extremely knowledgeable not just about there own products but also in most animal need's.

Just bought a goldfish. While I was there the sales girl didn’t ask me about my tank. Then proceeded to tell a couple behind me that the two black moores they were buying will survive in a 30L tank. Not only will these people be disappointed when their fish die shortly after buying them, but it’s also cruel and misinformation. Black moores grow 30cm in size and live a long life over 20 years. Once their fish die they won’t come back for more, and will grow disinterested in the hobby so you won’t receive repeat business. Either train your staff about appropriate aquarium practice so it’s not cruelty to animals, or teach them to up-sell. Terrible business.
