Helpful, professional and friendly. I went there twice in the last week. The first time, the staff helped recommend a new graphics card, and they were happy to discuss a future upgrade to my monitor. The two salesmen, Johnny and Vincent, were happy to have a chat and listened to what I actually wanted and made recommendations based on that, no sales pressure, no up-sell. The place had enough staff and they were friendly and knowledgeable, which is a nice change from a lot of places that seem to just want you to buy and get out. The second time I went, I dealt with a gentleman (didn't get his name) who came up with a creative solution to a problem I'd been having. He probably saved me a few hundred dollars for a new component. Once again, no sales pressure, no up-sell. Highly recommended

I came because my laptop was having some issues and I wanted to claim it’s warranty. However, the guy who took care of me had an unacceptable customer service. Last year when I came to buy my laptop they were kind and receptive, seems like they will only treat you well when you are going to spend some money.

Came to the place with my sister who appeared to buy a gaming headphone as a present to her boyfriend on his birthday. The two guys at the counter then sneered when she took her credit cards out and pay for the thing with me standing and looking. Whatever the circumstance is, that would never make your customers comfortable.

It is the best computer shop in the world you can get any thing frome computer to computer parts laptops headset and more.. every thing is cheap .

The ginger guy there was super awesome. He knows a lot about everything so all the other stores can stay closed and everyone should come to this one. #gingerbreadman
