This shopping visit was really the best choice in my life! I met angelic sales her name is Tiffany, my English is not good and I don't know anything about computer. She was very careful to help me pick the right computer accessories for me, I am sorry for bothering her so much. She is really helpful to me, if you are like me English is not good most of the time will be Mandarin, dare to come to her she is the best salesperson.
A wide range of products at very reasonable prices. All the sales staff are professional, have a good knowledge of the products, and are always very helpful.
I came into the store with a short list mice and the guy did an extensive job in showing me the differences. No push towards a particular one, just gave me the info to make a good choice. I would have bought in store but I had no space on my motorcycle. The guy even offered to put my helmet in a safe place while I shopped. Great stuff.
I want to start by mentioning that I've read multiple reviews describing the poor customer service inside this store, so this is in no way a targeted attack.nI came in to pick up a click n collect order, which was large so I had to make 2 trips to the car and back. I explained this to the worker and they were aware that I was returning for the rest of my order. I can confidently say that I have never felt so judged by a group of workers in my life. The workers were passive aggressive with no customer service skills.nWhen I asked one of the male customers if I could be served by a female for religious reasons, he stared at me like I was an inconvenience, and reluctantly called one of the female workers. She was the only worker that was nice to me.nOnce I had come back to pick up the second half of my order to take to my car, the entire staff just stared blankly at me like I wasn't JUST inside the store 5 minutes ago. I explained to them that I am back to pick up the rest, and they needed to bring another worker to confirm this. I get it, it may be for security reasons in case somebody steals, but they all watched me collect only half of my order and tell the worker I will be back for the rest.nI work in customer service too. It costs NOTHING to be a decent human being. I want to add that I am of middle eastern descent, and visibly Muslim. I did not feel welcomed inside of this store one bit. Do better.
A very good store well displayed with a good range of products. The crew, knowledgeable and friendly, have some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Patience and hustle to help get you what you need no matter what.
