When I arrived, there was a long line for printing. When I got to the front, I was assisted immediately with kindness and patience. Staff, particularly Nadia, were wonderful and really accomodating. I know staff were under pressure but they were kind and really nice to work with. Really appreciated their speedy service with my request and would like to compliment how great their service was. The printing itself was great and I will definitely go back for any printing I need in the future.

Spacious and accessible but customer service is like lottery. Hardly find any staff that are helpful..Great for serve yourself shopping and not needing any help.nnWell stocked and has basement parking.nNot often crowded and cramped. Has 5 self serve printing machines.
Extremely frustrating experience at Officeworks Box Hill SouthnnI went to print some photos at the self-service machine, but after I paid successfully, the machine froze and wouldn’t print. I tried twice and it still didn’t work.nnI asked two different staff members for help, but neither of them provided any real assistance. They only tried for a few seconds, couldn’t fix it, and then just walked away to do something else. I had to ask for help multiple times, and each time they just took a quick look and disappeared again.nnWhat should have been a simple 5-minute task turned into more than an hour of anxious waiting, which made me late for my next appointment.nnIn the end, one kind gentleman finally took the time to help me fix the problem, and I really appreciate his effort. But overall, I’m very disappointed with how poorly managed the staff and customer service were. It was such a waste of my time, and I hope the store can seriously improve its service quality.
Great store with great lads, super helpful from the get go, great marketers as well really sells you on some of the products
