When I arrived, there was a long line for printing. When I got to the front, I was assisted immediately with kindness and patience. Staff, particularly Nadia, were wonderful and really accomodating. I know staff were under pressure but they were kind and really nice to work with. Really appreciated their speedy service with my request and would like to compliment how great their service was. The printing itself was great and I will definitely go back for any printing I need in the future.
Spacious and accessible but customer service is like lottery. Hardly find any staff that are helpful..Great for serve yourself shopping and not needing any help.nnWell stocked and has basement parking.nNot often crowded and cramped. Has 5 self serve printing machines.
The staff working here on 13/11/25 were amazing. They went above and a beyond to help print urgent pull-up banners on the same day despite being busy and this normally not being possible. I very much appreciate the care and effort made and I hope upper management takes notice. Well done and thank you
Great place with kind and helpful staff. The store is clean, well-organised, and easy to navigate.
Bad experience with the printing staff yesterday on 4/12/25. She was unpleasant and rude. I was wanting to print my husband's funeral program and needed help and guidance. This young lady was not being helpful all and was dismissive towards me. I also witnessed her being dismissive to the customers before me because clearly, we are not printing experts and needed some guidance. I believe if you are providing this service at the counter, your staff should be able to assist, otherwise, your counter is just as good as a self service photocopy machine with paid staff as decoration. When she asked what paper I wanted to print on, I asked her to tell me because I don't know, she suddenly accused me of being violent and abusive. There was no empathy at all. A young lady in her in her late teens or early 20's successfully made a 50 year old grown woman cry in public. Officeworks, it's thats part of your plan, you've succeeded. BTW, I went to your branch in Doncaster and the staff went out of their way to assist and was a remarkably pleasant experience.
