A big thanks to Mel with help buying two new dog beds. Great service and my greyhound loves his new bed.
Overpriced in my opinion. Stock is always lacking and not great if you have small animals. I will say their reward system is good and beneficial if you shop here regularly I do as I have a fussy bunny.

Can't possibly thank the staff enough. We recently adopted two gorgeous cats and they have been so well cared for and loved during their time in store. Elvis & Priscilla now named Pumpkin & Spice have settled into our home seamlessly and totally stolen our hearts.
Adopted a cute fluffy cat here, staff was very friendly and nice. Overall great experience
There are cats for adoption. You can also get discounted pet supplies in here. Always happy to visit.
saw these betta fish being kept in horrible conditions- one with fin rot so advanced, its fins were black and falling to the bottom of the tank. another fish with a huge wound on its back, both being kept in tanks with less than a litre of water per fish. absolutely disgusting that they are allowed to sell these fish with the lack of knowledge the workers have on fishkeeping.
The shop is clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful. But sometimes you have to ask for the price because their labels don't match on the shelves.
Not a particularly good value place to shop for dog food/toys. I could stand in here for 20 mins and not get offered any help.
Great store but products are on the expensive side. Worth a visit
