Metro Hobbies were recommended to me by a mate, and now I can see why. Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Dennis helped me narrow down my search for a new RC car, set me up with all the gear and information I needed, the was super helpful when I returned needing repairs. Dennis’ guidance gave me the comfort to buy another RC shortly after to continue building the collection.
So much fun today, my wife and I went to the metro hobbies store at the Box Hill, it's like a treasure hunt as I found my favorite HG and MG Gunpla, and so many puzzle and Lego for my wife.nnBetter bring along our kids there after school, almost time for preparing our year end presents, double eleven/black Friday/thanks giving/Christmas/New year......you name it.

Seriously the worst customer service EVER !nOne of the salesmen name is dennis. This guy is rudest salesmen I hav ever come across. when your talking to him literally he tells you to shut up. So he can be talknOver you it's like what your saying means nothing ! Completely Arrogant and rude . I had spoken to him over the phone a number of times. And yes he does the same crap over the phone. When I go in to the store I'm hoping the other salesmen will service me instead of him. I travel 90 minutes there and back home.nIt's the last time I go back to that to store.nAnd I stayed in the store after I bought a monster truck from the boxhill store.nHe was speaking to another customer and does the same thing. Tells him not speak. It's like what he says is law !nI seriously wanted to say something when he was talking down to the customer like this man was beneath him.nI kept quiet and called the manager from the city store instead. To tell her the way he behaves. If I spoke that way to other peoplenAt my work place. I would not have a job !nSeriously Metro hobbies train your staff properly. The other man that works at the boxhill store , bald man his Italian MatteonHe is awesome! Such a knowledgeable and very humble guy. Promote him !! and get rid of, lazy ,arrogant , rude dennis !!
