I went to Box Hill nursery today, it was extremely busy but the exceptional service I received from the two women at the registers, Maria and Linda was second to none. Great personalities, happy pair. they work well, and know their product. An asset, considering the relentless line of customers they handle on a daily basis.

Management for this bunnings must be very poor! I been to bunnings very often never had any issue with service but at Bunnings Boxhill north all the staff have attitude. Stopping me at the self service counter and blaming how can I scanned the item to $146 for the shelf i bought and she escort me to the service desk and told her collegue that dont know how i scan to get that price. She asked the collegue to cancel my invoice that has been paid and issue another invoice. The collegue checked and its correct price with power pass discount. She didnt apologies at all. Another time, I asked for assistant for click and collect. The staff at the collection area was busy scanning something and I if he could help me with my click collect. Then he mumble its not his job. Almost wvery visit bad experience at bunnings boxhill north.
We went there for work and got temp fencing,blocks for standing them in and we needed clips to fasten them together. We were told at Vermont they had some.The 2 people at the trades desk went out of their way to find themabout 8.00am Thursday morning 9 Feb Thank you T
Should be no star option. Terrible customer services!!! employees have no idea what they’re talking about. As a power pass customer, this has to be the worst Bunnings I’ve been to, employees in the garden section need to learn a thing or two about customer services.
Staff are helpful and have good knowledge of product location/s and are always willing to assist when they're available. Love the plant/gardening area, it's clear they work well as a team to take care of the nursery. Thumbs up to staff for their friendliness and sense of humour too.
