THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL. Vlad was really helpful in assisting me. Cycle works always picked up phone calls, very quick to reply emails and they even call me when my job was completed. Hands down Cycle works is the best customer service bicycle store I've ever dealt with!

Brought in a bike that was way too big for me to be serviced, the guys made that very obvious to me . I walked in knowing absolutely nothing about bikes. Turn around was quick, pricing seemed fair to me. But mate chatting with Vlad is like seeing an old friend, happy to show you things, no pressure to purchase, just good advice and banter. I moved away from the area so they're no longer my local shop, but I so wish it was!
Cycleworks is a friendly local bike shop in the eastern suburbs. They're clearly about bikes more than business. They have top quality service, aren't pushy and are always keen for a chat if you are. The bike always comes back from a service pristine but I've also found they're always ready to help with a smaller issue on a random drop in.
Just been as I need bottom bracket removed. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Vlad and the team do a great job. Great range in store too. I'll be back. Thanks Vlad and the team.
Great service, keeps their promise, no nonsense just pure workmanship I brought in an old bike to get fixed up It feels like butter to shift and pedal.
Have been here for many years for all repairs and difficult maintenance of my bikes Intense Tracer, Giant Trance, kids bikes. I'm not sure why I've never put a review in the early days but it just dawn upon me, I should and I owe it to them. The team is great and the people know what they are talking about. Shop is always busy but they do provide attention to details. I strongly recommend!
Booked a service for my dual suspension mountain bike. They sorted out the brakes and shifting. They also fixed up a creaking suspension pivot, which was nice! Great service.
Bought a few things of these guys. Very knowledgeable staff and willing to assist. Great example is that I had a leaking core value. Walked in after school, confirmed that it was the core value leaking and ensured my tubeless value was properly fitted. Only charged me for the cost of the core value and not the assessment they made on the wheel.
Fantastic service from Vlad & his team, i can’t recommend this bike store highly enough.
