Very busy Telstra shop and good service once it is your turn. Box Hill is a very busy retail location but easy access via train 🚆, car or bus 🚌 - great food & cafe location

Should have heeded other reviews about lack of customer service and information at this location! Have been a Telstra customer for decades. Went to enquire about phone plans. Person serving (without explaining or suggesting alternatives) said that any changes to the current plan would end up costing more for less data! Strange! Also gave a sales spiel as to how Telstra was way more expensive and better than Optus / Vodaphone / TPG with bigger data pipes etc!. Wasted my time here. Go elsewhere.

Just called at 3.24 pm on a Thursday afternoon for the second time today and no answer - What on earth are they doing in there? customers are calling and no one answers!!! Hey that's Telstra! Despite the above went in today, told them I had an appointment no probs they changed over my 2G phone to 3G phone very quickly no fuss good service.
