Wide variety of discounted branded items. You can score up to 50-60% occassionally and clearance items are really good if you are patient to check all aisles!nnCustomer service is not bad but hardly noticeable if u need help, you would need to hunt them around the store as the counter is also not 100% manned.nnTheyre usually open until 5/530pm daily but have been on extended hours until 9pm in the past months for thurs-sat so its good for those who would like to come after working hours. This may change anytime please ring them if youd like to have an update opening hours.
I had a great shopping experience at Anaconda Box Hill. I bought a tent, a mattress for the tent, and a light. Dylan was incredibly patient and helpful, making sure I found exactly what I needed. His excellent customer service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store and Dylan’s assistance!
Terrible experience – felt humiliated and discriminated againstnnI came into the store around 3pm just to browse and maybe buy a hoodie. After looking around and not finding anything suitable, I decided to buy a bottle of juice. As I was checking out, the staff suddenly demanded to check my bag, as if I had stolen something – with no explanation, no evidence, and in front of other customers.nnThey even questioned a car charger I had in my bag. I told them I bought it from JB Hi-Fi and had the receipt. Only then did they say “no worries” and let it go.nnI left the store feeling like a criminal. This was a clear invasion of my privacy and a deeply humiliating experience. I felt targeted and disrespected for no reason. No customer should be treated this way.
First time here. Arrived around 9.30am on a weekday. Came for a Click and Collect of a bike. The young lady behind the counter greeted me and I told her what I am here for, to my surprise she told me she doesnt know how to process that, obviously she is new. A co-worker near by helped out but can tell by his expression of his displeasure. He came back with my bike and I said thank you at least 3 times to him but he refused to make eye contact with me.
A very good experience today that I shop fishing rod with my partner, the staff Jerry did an awesome job for get a good rod and reel, he have widely fishing knowledge, and wonderful customer service. And we are so happy to have his service with Mandarin that can help us avoid to the unconvincing of language. Thank you to all the staff and Thank you Jerry.
