Wide variety of discounted branded items. You can score up to 50-60% occassionally and clearance items are really good if you are patient to check all aisles!nnCustomer service is not bad but hardly noticeable if u need help, you would need to hunt them around the store as the counter is also not 100% manned.nnTheyre usually open until 5/530pm daily but have been on extended hours until 9pm in the past months for thurs-sat so its good for those who would like to come after working hours. This may change anytime please ring them if youd like to have an update opening hours.
I bought a bike almost 2 weeks ago and until now I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. The blame is all on this anaconda branch for failing to notify the couriers that the product still has not been collected from their warehouse. 4 days passed and not a single update whenever I track. If I did not call, they would not have done anything. Clearly I am frustrated about the situation. I am not going to give a 1 star because I do shop a lot at anaconda for our camping needs and they do have excellent products but just poor delivery service as I have found out.
I had a great shopping experience at Anaconda Box Hill. I bought a tent, a mattress for the tent, and a light. Dylan was incredibly patient and helpful, making sure I found exactly what I needed. His excellent customer service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store and Dylan’s assistance!
I'd give it a 4.5 stars if I could... only drawback is that team members can be hard to find when you need to ask questions. However, once they're found, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Love this store
First time in this store, sales were good and service was amazing! Olivia was really helpful and went above and beyond for my needs
