These guys are absolutely terrific, most flexible owner I've ever worked with, any problems I've had with my purchases, they haven't hesitated repairing, returning or swapping. Stock isn't the best if you're after an uncommon item, although they can always order it in. Once you purchase from them, they do their absolute best to service you without extra fees. I highly recommend ordering your entire system from them, well worth the 40 minute drive for me, I will continue to use them over my local centrecom and cnet. I leave here with a smile every time.

Best price except for power supply, I found this a little weird because everything else are cheaperand not that far from the city, good variety range of items. People complain about the customer service, but I think it's not bad at all. This is not a place where you have a staff taking care of each section of the displays it's more like a place where you know what you are getting, unlike JB Hifi or Centre com this is a more advanced shop. You can choose, good price and do the research by yourself or paying extra for the customer service. If you're going for a full build, I'm definitely sure you'll choose price.

Look, its MSY. They're cheap. Yes, the door handle is a piece of old cable. Yes, you can wait in line for a bit to get served, and yes, they do have credit card surcharges. But they know their products really well, their prices are REALLY good, and they even have click and collect to this store. Haven't had any issues with warranty with them, either. For personal IT purchases, these guys are my go-to for pretty much everything.

Pros: • Best prices in town, competing very well even with online marketplaces. • Great stock, they've got everything you'll need. Cons: • Customer service is just non-existent. Don't go there looking for advice on what to buy or even a friendly face. Do your research and know exactly what you want to buy beforehand their online parts list is good for this and you'll be fine.

Super cheap prices for computer parts. Haven't had to use after sales services, so not sure of that part. Pay attention to the models numbers of special prices. It could be the slightly older version that is in clearance.

Don't come here expecting to be handheld through your choices and for their staff to pick out pieces to suit your needs - Do your research first, and then simply order and pickup. Generally the best prices in melbourne no matter how much comparing you do. Perfect place for tech enthusiasts who already know what they are getting, but if you need customer service go look somewhere else first, and then maybe come here and purchase it at a lower price.

Decent prices for parts but it's just not worth the terrible customer service. They don't even pick up the phone. I have no trust with this company to treat their customers with respect so I never buy anything expensive from them. You can find the same prices elsewhere with better support.

One of the best place to buy electronics. It has clear price and one of the cheapest. Worth to note, you have to research the things that you wanna buy online first before going to the store, as this is not like any other normal store. The store acts just like a storage building, so you cannot preview and compare the items in that store without any knowledge of the item that you want to buy.

One of the best stores to purchase IT gear, it helps to know what you are looking for and have an understanding of the products or technology you wish to purchase. Staff are helpful and will assist you with a recommendation for model/parts to suit your requirements. Highly recommend!

I have read about bad customer service before but my first experience with MSY was absolutely superb, despite hiccups with the order. I ordered a complete custom built pc, calling first about the parts that were low on stock. The lady on the other side of the phone helped me reserve the last stock of what I needed with the exception of one item that was out of stock. The rest was then ordered online. I explained that I would be coming from out of town by about 3 hours and she took extra careful consideration into helping me get the most out of my trip. Reserving me the missing part ahead of time for when it was restocked, and said the manager of the store would contact me when it was in. The manager called back in about 20 minutes just to walk me through it all and help me out. So long as you can meet them half way as much as possible I think honestly they will help as much as they can. When it comes to a fresh build, customer service is hard to give, because each part has a synergy, and that's on you to figure out, not them, but they are more than willing to assist you once you know what you want. And I will most definitely be coming back for all future builds. Originally I was going to go to CPL as it was closer, but I feel like the extra effort is more deserved here. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely well spoken, helpful and polite.
