JB Hi-Fi Melbourne City

Helpful staff, knew what they were talking about and offered solid advice. Sometimes the specials are significant and well-worth the visit. Been coming here for years. Sure, sometimes the products can be found online for cheaper but I'd rather have the peace of mind of a store I can walk in anytime, and the assurance of discussing my choice with their knowledgeable and friendly staff.

It's a heat box. Ventilation isn't great but the staff are top notch. The manager helped me out with some stock that I bought online. I received the wrong spec phone and he took the effort to swap it out with his stock and sort out the mix up with the source store in Queensland. So if you want a reasonable store manager willing to go the extra mile, this is the place.

We were there today. The employee we ask about the products showed zero interest in helping us out. I suppose coz headphones doesn't give him a big commission he didn't care. Someone send a memo to the staff: great customer service is the best advertisement.

The best JB Hi Fi in Melbourne. Out of all the stores I’ve been to this one has a much wider range of CD’s and Vinyls that other stores have never even heard of.

Was approached by many staff who were extremely helpful and provided great customer service. I will definitely return the next time I require a new gadget!
