Been to a lot of JB stores. This is one of the best. There are a few good ones out there but in Melbourne I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy anything electrical! At the end of the day we all say that JB have rude staff, however everyone wants good value for money and the product they like. I walked into the store and their ticket price was $350 less than another store so I was happy with that. Good store and good customer service! Not to mention...always have stock! Finally!

Great range of products. Poor and disgusting stuff. Even their manager doesn't have any customer servicing skill as well. The quality of service has dropped dramatically in recent 5 years. I will never come back anymore. Melbourne central store much more better than this one.

Great staff. Answered all my queries. Only negative thing was they didn't have any phone covers in stock for my new phone. But it's not really a problem

I was rushing to the store from my work to buy Camera and Iphone 8 plus at 8:15 PM store was closing at 9 PM. The staff took me so light intentionally and did not give any customer service;  as Camera Nikon D3400 had scheme of $100 gift voucher and it was last day of offer.  Today the offer is gone and now they will sell me the same camera for $100 more. 
Ridiculous Staff never go there!!!!!
I wan to request to management to look in this matter as they are damaging your brand.

I bought a power bank at this store, which had a small discount on it since it was returned by another customer and the packaging did look used. However, according to the yellow sticker, the product was completely fine. So I went home and tested it and the power bank just didn’t charge. So I had to go back to the city to give it back, because they are not able to check returned products properly.
