TECS is a proudly Australian owned, Melbourne based supplier of I.T. goods and services, operating since 1991. Our client base encompasses individuals, small business, corporate and government organisations. We provide complete business IT solutions, centred on high quality hardware and exceptional customer service.

Our main business focus is the continued support of existing clients and development of new small business, corporate and government clients.

We always aim to please the home market, supplying great computers and hardware at great prices to non-corporate customers, through our large Melbourne CBD showroom and our online store.

TECS management approach fosters a strong customer service focus in our staff. We prefer to cultivate long-term client relationships rather than achieve quick sales, demonstrated in the measure of our long-term success.

I have purchased a number of products from Tecs Pty Ltd since 2011. On each occasion I have been blown away by the exceptional customer service. The product knowledge and price are fantastic, but more importantly the genuine and sincere customer service and after sale customer care cannot be faulted. I highly recommend Tecs Pty Ltd!

Staff at TECS are very knowledgeable and super helpful. I highly recommend them! I had to replace a modem under warranty and the whole thing took less than five minutes (including suggesting a replacement and processing the exchange). No fuss, just great service!

Was a great experience walking into the store was nice and clean with great displays, the guys there were super helpful to my needs and even threw in a small gift after purchase. Would 100% recommend and shop again.

They were the only one who guaranteed to get back my data since I went to more than 5 computer repairing shop. The service was excellent and professional. I've been told the every details they did for my laptop. I'm impressed for their customer service as this is my best experience with computer shop ever. Reasonable price and reliable staff. Highly recommend.
