Love my new venom laptop Works a charm Staff are friendly and very helpfull

Venom - a great Laptop I started out looking for a robust laptop through several of the Melbourne PC stores. I had a HP in mind but could not find anything robust enough for the multiple trips that I do each year from North to South across the world. A Knowledgeable fellow in JB told me about MLN and it was there that James very professionally took me through the Venom range. No pressure no empty sales talk - am adverse to such, as I have some tech knowledge. I needed a laptop to travel with and to write my books and stories on as well as watch Films and Drama that I pull down from various sites across the globe. I have been here on Naxos island in Greece with my i7 Venom for three weeks now, doing as above and enjoying this machine thoroughly - it is the best typing machine that I have worked with and the screen for all video is superb. And it is has a very solid case - (no plastic) for travelling. While it was more costly than I had budgeted for . It is worth every dollar paid. It is a machine built up to a standard as opposed to one down to a price. I highly recommend this laptop.

James at MLN provides the BEST post sales service. He has been incredibly helpful and I will purchase from MLN West Melbourne just for his service.

Very good experience. Joe is really polite,patient and helpful. He did the best to explain their products to a guy not good at English. I will use Chinese language to recommend this MLN. Joe是个非常棒的店员，Venom的产品也很棒。把这家店推荐给大家。

I bought a Venom BlackBook Zero from MLN the experience was fantastic. The store display and atmosphere was very appealing, their specialist staff explain things in a friendly manner without using all that technical jargon. I noticed only quality computers for sale. I am happy i didnt go down a basic laptop path and that i made a decision to spend more for a premium solution. Now I definitely understand what you really get paying more for a Venom compared to buying a cheapo $500 laptop. I have an amazing screen to look at, super thin quiet design, long battery life, speed and a great keyboard to type on. I recommend this place for PC shoppers who want something different, a quality performance PC with good service. They are not expensive but you just get what you pay for which is all premium.
