Worst customer service and product ever. Came here to buy a temper glass for a iphone 6 ( cost 20 AUD + 5% charge if pay by debit card) The staff won’t provide me any options for the temper glass size that cover all of my phone. The staff just ask me for the type of phone and bring the one that wasn’t actually fit with my phone. Ask me to pay straight away with out making recheck if it truly suited my phone or not? Don’t have any chance to recheck the product. After pay, the staff managed to put it on my phone, came out the temple glass doesn’t even cover all of my phone’s surface. So what’s the point if I come to buy something to cover my phone but it doesn’t fit? The staff refused to change. He told me if I am not satisfied I can took it off. I will definitely not come here to get any service and buy any IT stuff. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! VERY DISAPPOINTED. NO MORE FOR ME. Good luck with your business. BYE.

This place was the worst thing ive ever experienced in my life. I went in there a few weeks ago to get my phone screen fixed and a glass screen cover. They were prompt and it costed 120 all together. A few days later, the glass screen starts to peel off. About a week later, the actual screen started to fall off and the charging port wasnt working. This wasnt an issue i had until visiting this store. It was then that i took my phone back in which they said they would fix and then charged me a further 70 dollars. when i came to pick up my phone, they had taken my phone case and stated they didnt have it. I am 100% sure they have it because i wrote my details on tape that was stuck on the case. I am very disappointed and wouldnt wish these services on my worst enemy.

My phone was actually stuff and i thought i would lose everything. They fully restored it and i lost no data! Would recommend!!

Recently, I have had my iPad-Air's LCD repaired by LJtronics, it was a satisfactory experience. However, it would be unlikely for me to return and may not recommend LJtronics to my friends. Price [2.5/5.0] It would cost me $40 for the inspection. This payment would be waived if I have decided to proceed or if they are unable to repair. They have explained this to me prior any payment, I appreciate the honesty and have proceeded with the inspection. On the same day, they have gave me a quote of $300+ for the iPad's LCD repairment. It was quite expensive when compared to other stores, I have tried to bargain to $300, but it was unsuccessful. Due to fear of spending more time on this issue and losing $40, I have proceeded with the repairing service, knowing it is around 25% more expensive than the market average in Melbourne. Customer Service [4.0/5.0] The repairment was quite quick (for Melbourne), it took them only 2.5 days for the entire LCD repairment process. I praise for their efficiency when dealing with things, however there is still room for improvement. Quality of the service [3.0/5.0] I am not an expert in this field and I am not going to discuss this in detail. The screen repairment was good and in usable condition. However, it was not the best repairment I have had.
