Pretty good stuff. Equivalent of the local Best Buy for those North Americans. Unfortunately that also means pressure of insurance sales on the salespeople. That being said, if you know what you're looking for, you can't go wrong here.

Tried to return a product I've only bought yesterday, and was faced with rude customer service at the counter eye rolling, visual profiling at the door, etc. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable although i haven't used the item. Wouldn't recommend coming in if you're needing help.
Great shopping experience. We went twice to buy branded stuff. Really very cheap. Good food at this place too. But, parking can be expensive. Every 2 hrs- aus 28 dollars. Take a free zone tram , drop near Melbourne Aquarium and walk to DFO South Wharf.
