It took a while to get the item instock once ordered, but it finally arrived and we were able to pick it up at the store.  There was a little bit of a wait as there were other customers and only 2 people working the sales counters. They have lots of items in store and special order items available.  Street parking was easy on a Wednesday afternoon. Overall a good experience.

Very good and professional service. I had an upgrade done to my gaming pc, and Christian did a great job for a good price. Nothing is cheap, but they kept the expenses down. I highly recommend Scorptec.

Great computer shop - always has everything we need whether it's something they have in stock or they need to order in. Professional ethics. Staff knows what they're doing and are pretty helpful with helping you work out what your best options are. Can be pretty busy at times but they do their best with what they've got. Online ordering system works well in terms of ordering and notifications of when your order is ready and what's needed for pickup. Probably not the cheapest but their service is good so if you need stuff fixed under warranty at least you know it's not another headache to deal with. 2 hour paid parking available right in front of shop $2.50 per hour as of Nov 2023 between 8am to 6pm, though you'd have to do a big circle around from the loading bay if you're getting something heavy and need a trolley cuz the front of shop only has stairs for access.

Went with these guys for a custom PC build and had a great experience. They suggested a few changes to make my build better for the same price and gave me some advice on other parts as well. Their experience is exactly the reason I went with a physical store rather than an online-only shop and I wasn't disappointed. They packed my PC with heaps of padding for shipping supporting each internal piece, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. I definitely recommend them

Good selection of products and reasonable prices. Kinda understaffed and you need to use a QR code to get into a service line, then they call you across the store so you can go to their counter. No cash accepted, everything is card payment. Staff are knowledgeable though, I can see them taking time to answer questions, hence why maybe the QR code queueing situation ‍
