This store is a disaster. I needed copying done for work, quite a bit but halfway through the job they said I had to use the self-service machines as they only had one copy machine working and they couldn’t accommodate my printing. Which is fine. But the self-service machines are a punish. They don’t accept card payment so a copy card needs to be purchased but only $150 can be added at a time. The staff don’t help with tallying up the amount needed for self-copying, they just didn’t know. The machines have a USB-C port but they can’t read USB-C drives only USB-A drives. They don’t staple and are super slow and colour printing is beyond average. One guy there, Cam was completely useless, didn’t know the difference in drives, told me I was too short to properly see the barcode scan on the machine and just an all round unhelpful person. Train your staff Officeworks and moving into the 21st century, your technology is sub-par.
Terrible experience with price beat guarantee. They priced their product $12 higher than several competitors for an $8 product and wasted 30 minutes of my time with verification checks before declining to honor
The worst service...no one helps all staff standing around and chatting when you ask for help they ignore and look at you funny. I went to purchase printers and office supplies multiple times no help and walked out. Customer service socks at this office works
This Officeworks uses the worst printing paper for their printing services. I got a basic graded poster printed here and it was thin as a tissue compare to the one I got a week before from the Chadstone branch. The lady at the counter insisted that I ordered different standard of paper, but I am certain they were the same default paper and have the receipt to prove it.nJust don’t use their printing service. Awful quality.
Always!!!nThe biggest bottle neck on the printing service, not enough staff. 20 minutes waiting in line with just one person before me and two staff.
