Just finished refurbishing a vertical turntable l had which was originally in a red colour. I used the premium Montana Black Matte spray paint & a sealer and repainted it to better suit my decor. Came up outstanding. Such a beautiful finish. Also purchased black grille speaker cloth from Jaycar to cover the previous turntable grilles! Another job ticked off my long list. Still going. Excellent quality spray paint. Thanks!
This is one of their larger branches so they have the space to have things on display unlike most CBD stores, so if I'm looking to test something like a sit/stand desk or office chair, I'd automatically choose this store to visit first so I can test them out assembled. Service was also great. Recent purchase was packed in a 30kg box and a staff member grabbed it from shelf, loaded it on a trolley, followed me to counter then continued to drag it to my car and even loaded it into my car! Absolutely amazing! Free parking with plenty of spots.
End of financial year and I was ready to buy a new iPad as mine was not working and I use it a lot as a second screen for work together with my LaptopnnI head to my local store ready to buy and the staff member that served me could not be less interested or helpfulnnI am in the tech isle and I can see a staff member in a ladder and I wait for possibly 5 minutes ….he saw me and didn’t say anything then another staff member walks past and I ask for help. He calls out to the guy on the ladder and he slowly gets down and walks over. Now I am ready to buy all he needs to do is show me the iPad and I would purchase it …he walks over to the front desk and tells me all the iPads that they don’t have in stocknnI am thinking to myself is he serious- so I interrupt him and ask - maybe you could show me note I want to see the product what you do have in stock ?nnNo he continues with what is not in stock and does not show me one iPad which is what I want to see ….so I thank him and walk outnnI had already been in the website and knew that the store had stock but I wanted to see it …as I prefer to buy that waynnIt’s a shame when staff waste everyone’s time and this post is about feedback so that the store can hopefully train their staff in service as I didn’t ever get the answer to my question around what I could buy ….only got information on what I couldn’t buynnNot helpful for the customer or for the stores profit
Just want to give a shout out to George. We had issues with printing this morning and he showed us everything to do. Taking us step by step through the process saving us so much time. Super helpful, friendly and professional. We were so grateful for his help!nnWe then had to go back again and was served by a lovely girl who did some more printing for us. Great experience! Had a very dissapointing experience with Office Works book re bound. All 484 pages were photocopied and not original as they wrongly cut the book. There are few missing pages in the boon and all the pages are slanted because of the photo copied resolution and I had to wait 3 hours when picking them up. Really frustrated with this situation.
