JB Hi-Fi Melbourne Central

Rude service and very unhelpful. Staff at the counter has no smile and energy to serve you a proper service. They look very upset when they serve customers. Need some customer service improvements.

Good service that was helpful and not pushy sales. Jagged a GoPro 6 and a heap of good accessories for a good price. Camera dude was keen to help and was realistic in his assessment of brands and options. My buddy Paul spent time looking at Google Minis and was provided with enough critical honesty from the sales assistant helping him to make my commercially cynical friend happy (and he still didn’t buy it because he is a tight fisted Welshman!).

Spacious and conveniently located electronics and media shop. You can also order items online beforehand and pick up in store. The staff can be a bit pushy in "trying to provide assistance", but are easily dismissed as well if you're just browsing.

Worst customer service here plus they lie, Boxing Day sales I asked if they were on sale (Corsair gaming) and they replied no, I went to the Bourke Street store and a lady said yes they were on sale, all stores are the same and they don’t know what they’re talking about, I’ve come into this store numerous times and they’ve always refused to help me, whether it’s questions, bargaining or buying, avoid this store at all cost. How do these guys even get hired...
